Purchase and import
How does the purchase process work?
Choose a vehicle and contact us. We confirm the exact version, equipment, availability, delivery estimate and commercial terms before you make any commitment.
Are the vehicles new?
Yes. Unless a quotation explicitly says otherwise, we work with new vehicles sourced through verified manufacturer or exporter channels.
How long does delivery take?
Units already in Paraguay can be delivered quickly after documentation is complete. Factory or overseas orders usually take 45 to 90 days, depending on availability and shipping.
Can foreign clients purchase for use in Paraguay?
Yes. We can explain the documentation and ownership options for each case and prepare the quotation accordingly.
Electric vehicle use
Can I charge at home?
Most vehicles can be charged at home. The recommended electrical installation and charging equipment depend on the model and the property.
Do you offer plug-in hybrids too?
Yes. Our catalog includes battery-electric (BEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and range-extended electric (EREV) vehicles.
What about warranty and parts?
Warranty coverage is stated in each quotation. We also assist with compatible original parts, identified by vehicle and VIN when needed.
